Town Council Meetings are scheduled for the second Tuesday in each month at 7:00 p.m. 

Planning Commission Meetings are scheduled for the first Monday after the first Tuesday in each month at 5:30 p.m.

Both  meetings are held in the Council Chambers located in the Municipal Building at 505 E Fifth Street South, Big Stone Gap, Virginia 24219.   Check local newspapers or Channel 10, or this website for schedule changes.
