Public Works Director, Big Stone Gap

SALARY:  DOQ/DOE (+) benefits.  (Pop. 5,900) Reqs. 5 yrs. progressive responsibility including 2 yrs. mgmt./adm. responsibility. Experience with VDOT programs, financial and  personnel mgmt. Prefer bachelor’s degree with coursework in engineering. Plans and directs public works program including street maint., refuse collection, water treatment and distribution, sewer services, automotive repair, maint. of buildings, grounds, and parks. Reports to and works with Town Manager.
