Hi Everybody Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Im giving ashout out to all my relatives in Big Stone, The Taylor's and the Collin's my aunt Mabel Collins lives down by the train tracks by the bridge, it used to be called cadet bridge. my grandma owned the house up on the hill, it was a white house with a porch, its not there anymore just the chimney. But i have all beautiful memories. I hope to visit this year again. My dad was from there his name was Frank Taylor

If any one knows of the where abouts of Thelma Jean Ramsey, (60 to 63 yrs old) please e-mail me. I dated Jean in Richmond, VA in 1966. She lived with her brother there while going to school. I lost touch with her and wish to find out how she is doing. She was from a very large family so I am sure she has relatives in the Big Stone Gap area. Her father died in 1966 in Big Stone Gap. Last known location was Roanoke, VA.

I have just finished a series of books by Adriana Trigiana. I would like to visit this town possibly next year and see the outdoor drama. Just thought you might like to know that other people enjoy the tales (although fictional) about small towns. I come from one so small we only had a part time gas station and a post office. I loved it. We'll I hope ya'll have a good time and have lots of fun.

i went to school in jonesville va iam 42 now i take care of my 80 yr old grannie two of my girls was born at big stone hospital iam looking for some one who would like to pubish my grannies life story its a sad but great story she had her kid taken from her many year ago my mom one of them she was sick see my grannie never got to go to school so the state trick her in to making her x and said they would bring her kids back to her when she got better well that never happened and every child she had after that was taken out of her hands my grannie wants all her kids to know she didnt give them up my mom was the oldest she keep searching and found her mom thats how i have my grannie now she wanting me to some how tell her kids that she love them and that she didnt give them up, i like to help her before she dies she lived a very horrible life from being raped to bet and i could go on all day, she even has a son from where her father raped her, i have given her a life of a princess now she wants for nothing for the last 12 year and every thing i could do for her when i was 14 till now i would like to write a book in honer of her ( my life storie Roxie taylor from the moutains of joneville va can any one help me or tell me where to go thank you and GOD Bless
